Im trying the frist month because i like the idea of a "Plus" for your services, but I cant help to notice that only the videos are the Plus for Non American/Canadian users.
I cant even use the 15% discount on d2d (wich is cool) because almost all of the games are region restricted (And a lot of the restricted games are available on Steam in my region, Latin America).
I cant participate in the events of course.
And Im not fond of the game design videos.
So 50u$s for a year, for only HD videos and Guides is not worth it.

I have been a prem member of fileplanet for many years. I find the new system pretty confusing. For one when i got to fileplanet home page it says join ign prime. This made me feel i lost my membership somehow. When i clicked on it, it tried to sale it to me again. I liked that fileplanet advertised the new beta's on the homepage and it was easy to get a key. Now i tried to get into a black prophecy beta and it wasn't even one that fileplanet was hosting? I would just like to see sections again. I click a beta section and I know, because i subscribe to premium that I am going to get in. It issues me a key and gives me a link to download the game. I guess my main suggestion is to make it clear that we already have prime membership and to ease worries that we are going to get in as many beta's as we used to. That's a big concern to me, the top reason i recommend the service, and I hope it is still a top priority to me.

I've had several tickets open on several different support accounts all without response and without resolution. It's been almost a month since I opened the first one and they all concern a rather critical issue concerning charges to my account. To be honest, I'm pretty steamed about the absolute lack of response and would like a resolution ASAP. With the lack of contact options on the support page, I find myself extremely frustrated. Either someone needs to actually answer the tickets I've submitted, or I need a way to speak to a real person.

I signed up for the IGN Prime trial to see what it's like, first impressions it's incredibly buggy and unreliable, i don't feel that my details are secure at all. I had to try to sign up numerous times due to issues with accounts, i was getting incorrect email/password errors despite it being correct. Not only did i have to do that, i had to use one of my other emails to create ANOTHER account just so i could sign up for the Prime trial, and even when i was "verified" and had the trial, i still can't access the Tera beta key giveaway. Also, now when i go onto the giveaway page and click "Get my key", i'm told that i don't have IGN Prime. This is a joke, the exclusive beta starts tomorrow and at this rate i wont be able to play, i shall be unsubscribiing immediatly and expecting feedback asap so i know my details havn't been lost in some loophole and that i can still get a beta key.

I subscribed for a 7 Day Trial of IGN Prime yesterday. I got the Confirmation E-Mail yesterday as well. Then I tried to download King Arthur and Rochard. When I choose one of the games in the list I'm forwarded to the page with the "Get my free game"-Button. Pressing this button is followed by an appearing message box that sais "You have to be IGN Prime Member to get the Indie game of the Month/your free game" with an "Join now" Button below it. No further options.
I would be grateful if you can help me solve these issues.

I have opened a ticket and have responded to another post, perhaps this is the better way to report my issue.

I have been a Prime member since before it was Prime, I signed up as a Founder's Club member nearly a decade ago. I have had no problems with my account until the last few months. I am no longer able to get any Prime content, when I click on the link in the email, or go to the page on the site, when I click the download button it asks me to sign up for Prime. When I try it (correctly) reports that I am already a member.

If you need any specific information on my account I will be happy to respond to an email, but since I use my primary email for this account I would prefer not to post it publicly.
