I've had several tickets open on several different support accounts all without response and without resolution. It's been almost a month since I opened the first one and they all concern a rather critical issue concerning charges to my account. To be honest, I'm pretty steamed about the absolute lack of response and would like a resolution ASAP. With the lack of contact options on the support page, I find myself extremely frustrated. Either someone needs to actually answer the tickets I've submitted, or I need a way to speak to a real person.
I apologize that it has taken so long to the get attention this deserves. We are actively working with the engineering team to try and resolve any of the outstanding login issues.

I've now had my account pseudo-cancelled twice automatically citing crazy nonsense, too. What the hell is going on?
