Fix Prime...
I am unable to access any items from Prime hub. I get a message that need a membership, which I already have.

Was Frank able to solve your problem?
If you’re still having a problem please e-mail me directly with the e-mail address you used to subscribe to Prime, your username and a ticket # if you’ve filled one out in the past.
I’m really sorry this has taken so long. We’ll make it right as quickly as we can.

Everything seems to be in order with your account. Can you try hitting this URL: http://my.ign.com/logout, clearing your cookies and then logging in again?
