Put list of Top 5 or 10 Points Leaders in last 30 days on IGN's front

Most users goal on MyIGN is to get on the Community Spotlight, but once they get it there is a 1% chance they will get it again, so they leave after their goal is over, but if there was a way they could be on the front page again, they would always have something to look forward if they continue to be active. This also applies to other users who are extremely active, they will have a chance to get noticed and other users the same as long as they stay active, I feel this would boost activity and…19 votes -
Make the level system clearer.
It's not very obvious at first how it works. Maybe a link below the level bar to intructions or guidelines.

Add little games to play to earn points to level up
What if you've read every interesting ign article, and can't think of any more games to put on your wishlist? It would be awesome if you could play games on my ign, and get points in the process!(I don't know about other people, but I have trouble getting points.)

solving comment spam with levelling
"Report abuse" doesn't work why don't you have a "it's spam" button that only people that are above level 5/6/7 or whatever can vote. and when that happens the thing gets minimized and you can read what people are saying. And you keep trolls out because they can't make one account every time they want to insult someone because they have to level up.

Make the level up bar live
The level up bar does not reflect your level until you refresh the screen. Maybe let it auto-refresh just that element of the page when a post is made?

Have a achievements system
if you guys have been to the giantbomb website you might know what im talking about. the have a quest system for activities on the website like if u searched the main systems in the original console wars you find them and get xp etc

Add a credit system
A system similar to the one mentioned in (my) blu4ever's blog. This could be theoretically integrated with a MyIGN badge/achievement system, offering cash rewards for achievements to a small degree. Ex. $0.50 for 100 follower achievement. Maybe possilbe integration with IGN answers as well.

level meter counter, right before you level up CONGRATULATIONS! and then fireworks display and trumpets play :D

Point counter
Near the IGN logo and search bar, nect to your profile picture, have a point counter where you can keep track of how many points you have, how many you need to get to level up, and how many till you've maxed out the number of points you can get in a day

Give us a hint at what is to come when we level up other wise its an RPG without any benifits
This is pretty self explanatory IGN give us something to shoot for maybe a little silhouette of a prize or bonus next to our name When we level up otherwise its not really worth coming back to use the features that you have given us in Beta.
