For a couple weeks now IGN refuses to recognize me as a PAID user. This is no longer an inconvenience but something that is actively denying services I've already paid for.

Please Fix this as I'm constantly being asked to JOIN Prime but my account tells me I'm already a PRIME member. I no longer even have access to the PRIME dashboard where I can manage my account and download games.

Becoming a little less than patient due to the complete and utter lack of any communication or assurances from IGN. Someone please respond.

I was able to log in earlier in the day...my password is automatically entered. I can't log in anymore on either tapatalk, or directly on the forums. I've tried different browsers and that did not work either. I've tried resetting my password and it still doesn't work.

I cant redeem it until now. Why the heck you use the 15% Gamersgate discount as a promotion for you Prime service but you dont allow the subscriber to have the code! Waste my 6.95$ for nothing

Seems like streamlining access to the boards through placement of buttons (links) at the top next to profile & notifications and making a greater connection b/w boards and myIGN would make them more accessible & build a stronger community. I know there are new boards so not sure how easy this would be to implement or if there is a plan to do so in the near future. Just make it easer to access the boards from myIGN & vice versa.

I can't log in, everytime I try it says "Password and/or username incorrect."
I tried many different passwords, resetting the password (which results in a refresh of the reset link's page instead of a password reset), caps lock...
I don't know what to do anymore, please help!

You've already have the IGN app, why not have a MyIGN app, so it would be WAY more convenient if you added a MyIGN app. Maybe even integrate MyIGN with the IGN app, why not? You already shown comments on the IGN app, so why not continue?

Whenever you look at your notifications in the comment board, they go away once you click on them. The problem with this is that these notifications may consist of people replying to my comments on multiple articles so I'm forced to pick one because my comments are going to be buried somewhere in the other articles. So I guess what I'm asking is for a way to find my comment quickly in the boards (if hundreds of people comment on an article it is VERY time consuming to find your comment).

How it is now it takes ages to find my posts...

It used to be I go to my IGN and bam!! everything I ever posted was there...

Please can you fix the option for people who i am following and the games that i am following because everytime i try to follow some other ign user and follow (a) game(s) , it always says sign in when im already signed in or get started 100% free and below follow (which i have clicked but it comes up with the same sign in message again), please fix this because it doesn't seem to be working.

When I use your current search bar it doesn't really seem like it searches IGN, it searches Google. When I search your website, I'd like for content specific to IGN to show up. It's hard to search for specific games in order to follow them, or just generally check up on the games page. Thank you for your time. :D
