Allow users to select the default ign region they want to view
I'm Irish and hence speak English but now live in Germany, I don't want ign Germany coming up every time I go on to ign

Just spotted this while searching for ways to access different parts of IGN - I so want this to happen and I'm pissed off that selecting IGN US still brings me back to the UK site no matter what I do.

Seriously.... and now it got worse! Everytime you open an new topic, I get a popup which want's to redirect me to the german site. I do like your effort to localize the site, but pleeeeeaaaase make it an option!

Is it somehow possible to switch to the normal IGN US site when you are in austria?
And also it´s really annoying that you are on default on the german site! -

Same here. I'm german but I like IGN.co.uk way better than any other localized version. I get redirected to the german version as soon as I click the home button / ign home logo and have to click again to view the UK page.
It would be great if you just add a dropdown to the profile, in which you can choose your default IGN region.
It's really a pain to get redirected almost after every article you read, as the system "knows where you're from" and redirects you to the german page. It's a total time and patient killer.
