  Can't agree with this. A trophy/achievement should be just that - an end in itself. Maybe it would be good to be rewarded for it on the individual games themselves. But this is absurd. The whole point of the points system on IGN is to encourage interaction: post comments, share what you like, blog. You shouldn't be rewarded separately from this website by playing games.

  I suggest that you integrate your website with another gamercard/PSNID website like playfire or Raptr , i guess that would be easier than to contact sony or microsoft , just my two cents.

  Could you not contact Sony, Microsoft and Nintendo or perhaps just game developing teams to find a way of integrating leveling up on here with unlockables to games? Would encourage people to join the site and also gives a good reason for people to try and level up on here?
